2026 World Cup Ticket Information
Good day AO Family! 

We wanted to post a quick update on 2026 World Cup tickets as we have received a bit more information from US Soccer. 

First off, U.S. Soccer will receive a limited allotment of tickets for each U.S. Men's National Team match which we expect to have some access to. However, we expect demand to greatly exceed the actual number received. To that end, we suggest our members sign up for as many lotteries and ticket avenues as possible.

- Credit Card Pre-sales/Lotteries (FIFA opened the first phase of their ticket sales on September 10 with an exclusive opportunity for Visa cardholders to enter the draw.)

Supporters Draw - US Soccer/FIFA

In collaboration with FIFA, U.S. Soccer will hold a ticket draw exclusively for supporters. Each supporter group will need to supply a full membership list to U.S. Soccer. In early January, U.S. Soccer will directly email each individual supporter with a unique access code and FIFA ticket application link. The ticket application will close on January 13, and winners will be notified in February.

Supporter Group members who are also Premium Insiders or above will receive an extra entry into the Supporter Draw. Supporters have until January 13 to upgrade their Insiders Membership tier for their extra entry to be accounted for in the draw. Premium Insiders will also be entered into the Insiders ticket draw. Tickets are limited for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, so we encourage fans to enter as many ticket opportunities as possible to maximize their chances of securing tickets.

Key information:

  • Tickets will be available for all U.S. Men’s National Team matches. You will be able to select which matches and ticket categories you would like to enter the draw for in the FIFA application. This will be for all U.S. Men’s National Team group stage matches and knockout matches as well (contingent on advancement).
  • Winners will have the ability to purchase exactly two (2) tickets. Winners will not be able to select exact seat locations. 
  • Pricing will be released in early January along with access codes.
When completing the FIFA ticket application and entering your FIFA access code, you must use the email your access code was sent to. Using a different email will forfeit your eligibility in the Supporter Group Ticket draw. 

FAQs:

  • What if I am both an Insider and a Supporter Group member?

Each individual will only be allowed to submit one FIFA draw application using their email address and unique code. If a supporter is also an Insider, they will only need to submit one application in FIFA’s portal, which will qualify them for both the Insider Draw and the Supporter Group Draw. Through each email address we will be able to identify who is a supporter/Insider or both. Please note that an individual cannot win both draws for the same match.

  • What if I use a different email address for my Insider account than the one the supporter access code was sent to?

    You need to submit two applications via the FIFA application portal, one using your Insider account email address and one using the email address that the supporter unique access code was sent to.
    In your Insiders profile, you should see that the code provided is different from the one emailed to you. You will need to create a FIFA account with each email address and submit each code accordingly.  Again, an individual will not be able to win both draws. 

  • What Category will U.S. Soccer Supporter Group Tickets be?

    The category for Supporter Group Tickets has not been confirmed and will be shared to supporters when access codes are sent out in early January. We will work with FIFA to seat all supporter group members together in one area/section, however we cannot guarantee seating arrangements at this point.

  • If I win tickets and end up not being able to attend the match, will there be a send back system? 

    No, you will be responsible for the tickets and may only resell them per FIFA’s resale policy. 

  • Is there going to be a waitlist if I didn’t win the draw? 

    No. There will not be a waitlist if you are not selected. 

  • Are tickets transferable / able to be resold? 

    Yes, tickets can be transferred or resold on FIFA’s official resale platform.

  • Is there a limit to the number of matches I can enter the draw for? 

    Fans may enter the draw for as many matches as they choose. Each match is treated as a separate draw, giving the most fans the opportunity to attend. 

  • What are the minimum and maximum number of tickets I could win per match? 

    Winners of group stage matches will have the ability to purchase two (2) tickets to that match through U.S. Soccer. Per FIFA, an individual account can have no more than four (4) tickets to a match or more than 40 tickets throughout the tournament. 

  • Which matches are included in the U.S. Soccer allotment? 

    USA Group Stage and knockout stages. Knockout stage matches are contingent upon the team’s advancement.

As we continue to understand what allotment we will have access to we will share that information with members, however, as tickets begin to go on sale we wanted to make sure you had information to increase your chances of getting tickets. 

As always, we will advocate for as many tickets as possible for our members. Access to matches, especially here at home, is a key part of our mission.
