2026 World Cup Ticket Information

First off, we understand this process has been confusing for a lot of members and for that we're sorry. This is the first World Cup that AO has not been able to control an allotment for our members so it's also been confusing for us as well. We will continue to do our best to get information from US Soccer and share with you, our members.

As always, we continue to advocate for as many tickets as possible for our members. Access to matches, especially here at home, is a key part of our mission. Because of this, the bonus Supporters Group Draw with the discounted tickets was music to our ears, however, we initially were not informed that members would also be required to enter the Insiders/FIFA draw for at least one match to qualify. We realize this prices a lot of members out of this World Cup and prevents them from the option of the discounted Supporters tickets, which is not what we were hoping for.

We asked US Soccer to explain further and we received the following: "Demand for World Cup tickets is extremely high and each Federation has a limited allocation. The Supporter draw gives U.S. soccer supporters an additional chance to access tickets when submitting their FIFA application, maximizing their access to tickets."

Essentially, until recently FIFA did not have the discounted ticket option, so the ONLY option would have been to go through the FIFA process at their pricing. Once the discounted tickets were released, US Soccer decided allocate those to the bonus Supporter Draw to help recognize their most dedicated fans directly.

The World Cup Draw

US Soccer is working with FIFA to complete the Lottery for their ticket allotment, so all communications and questions will be going through US Soccer. Their Lottery is now your best chance to get tickets outside of the FIFA Lottery and resale markets. See more on this Lottery below or click here for their FAQ.

While AO did receive a VERY limited number of tickets, we will not be doing our own ticket list or Lottery due to the VERY limited number of tickets received.

Supporters Draw - US Soccer/FIFA

As a member of a U.S. Soccer Supporter Group, you will be eligible to apply for tickets to U.S. Men’s National Team matches through the Insiders Ticket Draw with a bonus entry into the Supporter Group Ticket Draw which is a bonus specific to you being a member of AO.

Both ticket draw applications will be done through FIFA’s official ticketing platform. By submitting a FIFA ticket application using your unique access code (sent to you via email), you will be automatically entered into both ticket draws.

Winners of the Supporter Group ticket draw will be selected first, giving supporters the chance to access the $60 Supporter Entry Tier tickets. Those who do not win, will be entered into their respective Insiders Ticket Draw (Standard draw or Paid draw). Please see the link here for information on the Insiders Ticket draw and weighting.

Supporter Group members who are also Premium Insiders or above will receive an extra entry into the Supporter Group Draw and thus greater access to Supporter Entry Tier priced tickets. Supporters have until January 13 to upgrade their Insiders Membership tier for their extra entry to be accounted for in the draw.

How to apply for tickets:

Create a FIFA account or log-in into the FIFA portal using the address that received this email.
When prompted, enter your PMA access code.
Select the U.S. Team matches you wish to enter for. There is no limit on the number of matches, including all group stage and knockout matches (contingent on advancement)
Select ticket price category – On FIFA’s ticket application (accessed with your PMA Code), you’ll be able to select the matches and ticket categories you're interested in. At least one match and ticket category is required in order to get the second entry for that match into the Supporter Group Ticket Draw (the $60 tickets). You will only be charged at the selected level if you are not selected for the Supporter Group Ticket Draw.
Applications are open now until 11:00 a.m. ET. on January 13. Your Insider tier and tenure will be locked at that time for draw purposes.

Things to know before submitting your application:

You must use the email address associated with your membership that your PMA access code was sent to. If you have not yet received your code, please check your spam folder and then reach out to US Soccer: [email protected]
The unique access code will only be available for one-time application use and cannot be shared or transferred.
On FIFA’s ticket application, you’ll be able to select matches and ticket categories. At least one match and ticket category is required in order to get the bonus entry into the Supporter Group Ticket Draw (the $60 tickets). Ticket category selection will only be taken into consideration if a supporter does not win the Supporter Group Draw and is entered into the Insiders Draw.
If selected in the Supporter Group Draw, the applicant will automatically receive access to purchase tickets at the $60 Supporter Entry Value price point. For both the Insiders and Supporter Group Draws, each applicant may apply for or receive exactly two (2) tickets per match.
For the Insiders Draw, tickets will be in Premium, Standard and Value. The Supporters Entry Tier will not appear as a selectable option on the FIFA ticket application. By submitting an application for one of the other ticket tiers, you will be automatically entered into the Supporter Group Draw (access to purchase tickets at the $60 price point).
You will first be notified if you were successful in the Supporter Group Draw. If successful, U.S. Soccer will reach out to collect payment for the tickets won in the Supporter Entry Tier.
If you are not selected in the Supporter Group Draw, but are successful in the selected tier for the Insiders Draw, FIFA will automatically charge the payment method provided in your application for all selected matches between February 2–23, 2026. Please therefore be aware of ticket prices for each match when completing your application as if successful you will be automatically charged.
FIFA will notify both successful and unsuccessful applicants directly in mid to late February 2026, with actual seat locations for successful applicants to be confirmed at a later date.
As per FIFA’s ticket sales regulations, an individual may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per match through a combination of any FIFA draw and through US Soccer’s allotment for the same match, so long as they do not exceed four (4) tickets per match and forty (40) tickets for the entire tournament, per household.

FAQs:

What if I am both an Insider and a Supporter Group member?

Each individual will only be allowed to submit one FIFA draw application using their email address and unique code. If a supporter is also an Insider, they will only need to submit one application in FIFA’s portal, which will qualify them for both the Insider Draw and the bonus Supporter Group Draw. Through each email address we will be able to identify who is a supporter/Insider or both. Please note that an individual cannot win both draws for the same match.

What if I use a different email address for my Insider account than the one the supporter access code was sent to?

You need to submit two applications via the FIFA application portal, one using your Insider account email address and one using the email address that the supporter unique access code was sent to. In your Insiders profile, you should see that the code provided is different from the one emailed to you. You will need to create a FIFA account with each email address and submit each code accordingly. Again, an individual will not be able to win both draws.

If I win tickets and end up not being able to attend the match, will there be a send back system?

No, you will be responsible for the tickets and may only resell them per FIFA’s resale policy.
Is there going to be a waitlist if I didn’t win the draw?

No. There will not be a waitlist if you are not selected.
Are tickets transferable / able to be resold?

Yes, tickets can be transferred or resold on FIFA’s official resale platform.
Is there a limit to the number of matches I can enter the draw for?

Fans may enter the draw for as many matches as they choose. Each match is treated as a separate draw, giving the most fans the opportunity to attend.
What are the minimum and maximum number of tickets I could win per match?

Winners of group stage matches will have the ability to purchase two (2) tickets to that match through U.S. Soccer. Per FIFA, an individual account can have no more than four (4) tickets to a match or more than 40 tickets throughout the tournament.
Which matches are included in the U.S. Soccer allotment?

USA Group Stage and knockout stages. Knockout stage matches are contingent upon the team’s advancement.
