The January Camp is the First Step of a Journey

As we all know 2017 was a low down, dirty, rotten, no good year for the USMNT. There were lots of lows, but we certainly had a few highs sprinkled in. Bradley’s goal at Azteca was one of most beautiful things I’ve ever seen (apologies to my kids Tuck and Del if they ever read this). The end of qualifying was as low as we can get as a soccer nation, but it’s time to stop sulking and get back after it. Our beloved program needs our help. This wonderful crop of young talent needs our help. Our guys in red, white and blue have a lot of work to do in the next few years and we need to be there to support them. The January Camp is the first step of that journey.

So, go west Outlaws!!  Play some footie in the AO Supporters Cup that Saturday!! You never know who will show up and join us. Last year, we got to play with Landon Donovan (ask me about shanking a shot on goal after his beautiful pass). Go to the NB4 with your #AOFamily. On game day, bang your drums, sing your songs, and make yourself be heard. It’s time to let our guys know we have their backs, no matter what.

If none of that inspires you, then just go to LA because the weather in January is probably significantly nicer than wherever you live and you love soccer too. I’ll see you there!
