#AOImpact Week is coming this spring! Join your #AOFamily and their chapters as we activate a week of service to our local communities from coast to coast. AO chapters and members work tirelessly year-round on events to unite and strengthen not only our support for our national teams, but also the cities that which they call home. Warrior Canine Connection teaches veterans with PTSD how to help train service dogs for other disabled service veterans. As always, our event will be at the AMAZING Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company! Join us April 14th from 9am-12pm as we volunteer at the Food Bank of WNY to help tackle their urban garden. If you want to participate, a few things… 1. You are required to fill out a volunteer application in advance. Do this sooner rather than later if you want to participate. On the application, identify the group name as “American Outlaws Buffalo April” so Food Bank is aware you are volunteering with AO Buffalo’s event 3. Closed-toed shoes only when volunteering 4. Benefactor: Spokane Youth Soccer Association Location: Geno’s Time: 4-7pm Volunteer, participation, and event info: Working together with SYSA and SpVJSA, the AO Spokane Chapter will be collecting used equipment (soccer shoes, shin guards, shorts, balls, cones, etc…) and monetary donations. All equipment and funds collected would be divided evenly between SYSA and SpVJSA with the intent to help provide the opportunity for those who may have financial difficulties with needed equipment and/or registration fees.
