Jan. 19, 2021 - The American Outlaws (AO), the largest unofficial supporters’ group of the U.S. national soccer teams, are excited to announce that Zach Holman has been added to the AO national staff. He will serve as AO’s first Technology Director as we prepare to support the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Teams in their next World Cup cycles.
“As a chapter leader, Zach has always been quick to offer his advice and expertise, so we are looking forward to having him be involved with the National Staff,” said Megan Brunken, Chief Financial Officer/AO Board Member. “We’ve also seen and heard him at many major U.S. Soccer events including the Women’s World Cup in France, and his love of U.S. soccer and the AO family is apparent.”
Zach became involved with AO while residing in San Francisco, attending chapter bar watch parties while growing lifelong friendships. He has served as an AOSF chapter leader for the past several years.
“What I love most about AO is the people – our members here in San Francisco and meeting people at events from all over,” he said. “I’ve spent so much time thinking about AO and US Soccer, and I just want to come in and contribute to the success of AO.”
Zach will lend his expertise in software engineering to modernize AO’s various platforms to benefit our members and chapters. As a successful investor, Zach will also offer unique perspectives to help AO and AO Impact grow our membership in new ways.
Please join us in welcoming Zach to the AO national staff!
