An impressive 6-0 win against St. Vincent & the Grenadines on Friday all but ensured the USMNT’s passage into the Hex. Should the boys win, tie or lose and not have the combination of T&T/Guatemala make up the 12 GD, we are then officially through. Three points wins us the group which, in turn, puts us against Mexico at home in November in our Hex opener. Anything less than three (assuming we advance) has us finishing as runners up, which JK has said is not an option. Matt Besler & DeAndre Yedlin return to their clubs, as Yedlin is suspended through yellow card accumulation and Besler returns to KC to see his new baby and be SKC’s new striker.

The USMNT is 5-0 in Everbank Field and will be looking to keep that streak. Last time in Jax, the Yanks dispatched Nigeria in the last match before the 2014 World Cup and previously dismantled Scotland 5-1 in 2012.

We want 3 points. We want Mexico at home in November to remind them that we are kings of this region.
