·         Visas will be included in the package.  We will need a photocopy of the US passport and the attached affidavit.  The proper box to check has already been pre-selected.  Contact information, passport details, and flight information should be all the travelers need to complete.  The turnaround time for these is 3 weeks so we will need them by Friday September 9^th to make sure we get them and ship them to the guests on time  -  SEE ON SIGN-UP FORM ·         Hotel shoulder nights (10/4 – 10/5 and 10/9 – 10/10) will be AVAILABLE upon request at an extra charge. ·         Guests will have to take cabs to/from the airport, cost will be approximately 25 Cuban Pesos for this IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Credit Card or other payments, other then local currency are not accepted on the island.  Our hotel will be able to exchange your U.S. Dollars.  Cash is king there, so please plan accordingly! ----
